About the Program

If you need health coverage, we can help!

Finding and applying for health coverage is hard. We get that. Brightpoint has certified Indiana Navigators who can help you understand and enroll in state and federal health insurance programs including Hoosier Healthwise, the Healthy Indiana Plan, and the Health Insurance Marketplace. As part of the statewide Covering Kids & Families (CKF) network, Brightpoint offers this service at no cost to you! And we work for you, not an insurance company-- we are here to help with your unique coverage needs. Best of all, CKF partners with other organizations across the state to provide Navigators convenient to you. That even includes virtual appointments available statewide.

If you already have health coverage, but need help using and keeping it, we can help with that, too!

Brightpoint can help you with:

  • Finding a primary care doctor

  • Reporting changes such as a new address, new job, birth of a baby, etc.

  • Completing Eligibility Review and Re-enrollment paperwork

  • Knowing where and how to make monthly payments

  • Dealing with any other questions or problems you may have with your health coverage
