Finding affordable, healthy, and safe housing can be difficult on a limited income. We understand. Brightpoint may be able to help through one of our many housing assistance programs.
Brightpoint is the lead agency for our region’s Coordinated Entry (CE) housing assistance for individuals experiencing homelessness. Coordinated Entry helps to connect people in crisis to relevant programs and interventions that will rapidly end their homelessness. The assessment process used by the program is designed to help the most vulnerable in our community access scarce housing resources whether provided by Brightpoint or by our partner agencies.
