Learn More About the CLCBrightpoint is a sub-grantee of federal Department of Energy (DOE) and Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) grants for residential energy conservation programs called Weatherization. As part of this program, contractors are needed to install insulation, weather sealing, HVAC equipment, and other home improvements in qualified low-income households. Bid packets are required annually to be considered as an approved contractor.
