Brightpoint Request for Proposal: Maintenance Manager

Community Action of Northeast Indiana, Inc. d/b/a Brightpoint, is a nonprofit social service agency serving 26 counties with various programs aimed at eliminating the causes and conditions of poverty.

Brightpoint is accepting bids for a Maintenance Manager contract for the Head Start/Early Head Start program which has 10 sites in 4 counties in Northeast Indiana. A Request for Proposal packet can be obtained by emailing: with “Maintenance Manager Packet” in the subject line.

Completed Request for Proposal packets must be emailed to Mary Harris by 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday, February 20, 2023.
