COVID-19 Assistance

We know that many individuals and families are in distress right now and we want to help. Here is a list of resources that are available within Brightpoint and through other organizations:

  • Health Coverage Assistance
    • Visit our Covering Kids and Families page to get help obtaining or maintaining health insurance like Healthcare Marketplace, HIP, and Medicaid.
  • Legal Services
    • Indiana Legal Services, Inc. offers legal representation, consultation, and advice on housing and other issues. If you are facing eviction, you can contact their Tenant Assistance Legal Clinic at 260-424-9155. Additional information is available here.
  • Mortgage Assistance
    • Hardest Hit Fund – Foreclosure Prevention – If you are an Indiana homeowner residing in that home as your primary residence and are struggling to make mortgage payments due to reduction or loss of employment and household income, you may qualify for the Hardest Hit Foreclosure Prevention Fund. Eligibility requirements are available at or by calling 1-877-GET-HOPE (877-438-4673.)
  • Rental Assistance
    • Indiana Rental Assistance Portal – designed to help Indiana renters living outside of Marion County whose income has been adversely affected by COVID-19 avoid eviction by connecting them with programs that can help them cover monthly rent payments or past due rent.

      • Individuals that are unable to complete the application online should call 317-800-6000. This phone number is available Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Eastern.
