Child Care Assistance

The Child Care Assistance program helps families afford quality child care for children younger than 13. Parents must be working, going to school, or receiving job training to qualify.

We are here for you! Although our offices are closed due to COVID-19 concerns, we are able to fully serve you through our phones, email, and website, just as we have in the past. You can still submit all of your child care documentation electronically by clicking the “Submit Child Care Documents” button in the upper right hand corner of this page (or below on mobile site) or by attaching them to an email and sending to childcare@mybrightpoint.org or faxing to 1-844-510-5775.

Our phones are open from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday and 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on Friday.
