Housing Solutions
If you are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, we may have a program that can help!
Housing issues are a common problem for people struggling to rise above the cycle of poverty. Brightpoint has programs designed to target this common outcome of poverty. Individuals and households who are HUD-defined homeless or at risk of becoming homeless can receive comprehensive, holistic case management as well as assistance locating stable housing and paying for housing-related costs.
The Housing Solutions program is funded through the Emergency Solutions Grant and offers both Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing services. Short and/or medium-term financial assistance is provided to eligible households to either regain stability in their current housing or move as quickly as possible into new housing, with the goal for both programs to achieve stability in housing. Interested individuals should call (260) 423-3546 ext. 332 to start an assessment.
