K21 Health Foundation Grant Expands Access to Health Care in Kosciusko County

Brightpoint has received a $20,000 grant from the K21 Health Foundation, expanding access to health care in Kosciusko County. The grant supports the Covering Kids and Families (CKF) program, which works to improve access to health care through community-based outreach and enrollment assistance in state and federally sponsored health coverage programs.

Covering Kids and Families of Brightpoint has certified healthcare Navigators who help consumers review their options and guide them through the enrollment process. This grant from the K21 Health Foundation will help Brightpoint assist the residents of Kosciusko County in applying for and maintaining health insurance coverage.

Brightpoint is a private, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving more than 43,000 people across northeast Indiana. Through a wide range of programs, Brightpoint helps communities, families, and individuals remove the causes and conditions of poverty.
