Brightpoint Request for Proposal: Live-Operator Answer Service

Legal Notice:

Community Action of Northeast Indiana dba Brightpoint is a not-for-profit social services agency serving 26 counties with various programs to reduce the causes and conditions of poverty.  Brightpoint is accepting bids for a live-operator answer service for our Energy Assistance Program, Covering Kids and Families Program, Child Care Development Fund Program, and Supportive Services for Veteran Families Program.  Project goals are to establish a live-answer call center, create a call-tracking system, create a quality assurance process, and create real-time and ad hoc reporting features.  This is a three-year bid.  A bidder’s packet can be obtained by contacting Brightpoint by phone 260-423-3546 ext. 263 or by email: maryharris@mybrightpoint.org with “Bid Packet” in the subject line. The deadline for requesting bid packets 9/30/2022.
