The St. Joseph Community Health Foundation Awards Grant to Language Services Network

Fort Wayne, IN – Brightpoint is pleased to announce that The St. Joseph Community Health Foundation recently awarded Language Services Network (LSN) a grant of $5,000. These funds will support and expand the capacity of LSN to ensure the quality of, and access to, healthcare-related translation and interpretation services to residents with Limited English Proficiency (LEP.)

Brightpoint is the fiscal agent for the Language Services Network – a network of nonprofit language service providers devoted to the enhancement of interpreting and translation services in the Fort Wayne area. LSN provides quality, low-cost translation and interpretation services to our multicultural community, private businesses, and nonprofit agencies. LSN offers a full range of interpretation and translation services in 22 different languages.

“Language Services Network is a vital part of this community,” says Raquel Kline, LSN Director. “This funding from The St. Joseph Community Health Foundation is crucial to our ability to serve the most vulnerable, particularly those who face language barriers.”
